Message to USADB Regional Presidents

Regional Presidents,

Online registration is READY to go! We want to thank Ralph Fernandez, deafworld.com owner, who gave in a lot of his time and effort in this process. Ralph and I believe in some kind of online registration that it will eventually CUT down our work. Yes, we can understand if this is completely new idea but hey, it is 2011, we should be doing something like this, don't we?

IMPORTANT: Each team MUST still fill out the registration on paper (same old way). After they are finished with the paper registration, team's coach, athletic director or president, should follow the "Online Registration" Guidebook to register the team on computer. If any team is not sure, they can contact their own region secretary to help. Or teams can help each other too. Let's make this a great teamwork effort!

I will be MORE than happy to VP with each region secretary to explain more clear in ASL now this work. Then they can be ready to help too. If you think it will be easier if region secretary do that themselves than each team, feel free to do so. I also will VP with Amy Ellis, USADB secretary, so we all will be on same page. Contact Amy for help too.

Lastly, please keep in mind that each region WILL get a copy of all teams that are registered under your own region. For example: NWADB have 9 teams who signed up, we will send FULL list of players, coaches, and managers in excel format. With excel format, you can easily use it for your own program book, registration, statistics, and others. It will save you ALOT of time!

Feel free to forward this and Guidebook to all of your teams in your region so they can be more prepared to register on line.
