• Team pays $213
• If six (6) or more teams in a region buy this at same time, each team pays $180
• Insurance fee includes $10.00 processing fee and $25.00 USSSA team registration fee.

• Tournament Hosts (example: Regions and USADB) purchases this for EACH tournament
• Fee is $150
• If a team is not registered with USSSA, team must pay $25.00 USSSA team registration fee inroder for Sanction Insurance to be in force for the host.
